Part Two of Intro to Bra Making will focus on methods for constructing underwire bras. You will take home an underwire bra that fits you perfectly!
In this full-day workshop you will practice and finesse the skills you learnt in Intro to Bra Making Part 1 (or similar). You will learn new techniques specific to designing and making underwire bras. All materials included.
Our Intro to Bra Making 1: Make an Mesh Bra workshop takes place two weeks prior to this workshop on Sunday 25th March and is a pre requisite for making underwire bras. If you have already had experience making a Mesh Bra, you may go straight into Intro 2.

About Your Teacher: Zoë is well known in the burlesque industry for her superbly made foundation garments from corsets to bullet bras! She has also worked extensively on theatre, film and television productions. See some of Zoe’s amazing work and read more about her here.
Skill Level: Suitable for students who have undertaken our Intro to Bra Making Part 1 or similar. You can confidently use a sewing machine to make simple items.
We will provide: A light-filled workroom with the tools and materials you will need to make your bra. These include fabric scissors, tape measures, pins and sewing machines along with snacks, beverages, handout notes and lots of very useful tips and tricks specific to the art of bra making.
Our small class numbers (maximum 6 students) allow your teacher to give each student lots of personalised attention.
Bring along: Your own machine if you prefer to work on it. Your lunch or money to purchase lunch at a nearby cafe. Your teacher will be in touch before the workshop with a reminder and to let you know of any special requirements.
